We are proud to be part of the innovative RDF project for CEMEX in Egypt, which aims to significantly enhance the utilization of alternative fuels in cement production. The primary objective of this project is to increase the alternative fuel usage rate on production lines 1 and 3 from 40% to 80%, aligning with CEMEX’s sustainability and energy efficiency targets.
Key Highlights of the Project:
Pneumatic Conveying Systems for Alternative Fuels: Two new, fully integrated pneumatic conveying systems were installed to efficiently transport Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) to the main burners at the kiln heads of Line 1 and Line 3.
Design Capacity: Each system is designed to handle a conveying capacity of 15 TPH, ensuring consistent fuel delivery and optimized energy use.
Material Handling: The systems are capable of efficiently transporting fluffy, shredded, and dried RDF material, maintaining operational reliability while supporting CEMEX’s sustainable fuel initiatives.
This project is a testament to our commitment to providing innovative, energy-efficient solutions that help our clients meet their environmental goals and improve the overall efficiency of their operations.
